How Does The Process Work?

First, we’ll give you a call to learn more about what your goals are. We’ll discuss more about your house and figure out if Hammock Homes would be a good fit for you. If so, we make you an offer to buy your house with cash quickly. Next, if you decide to work with us, we will close at a local title company. With COVID, there are other options for remote signings as well. Then, you have your cash and can move on to your future!

What If The House Is In Really Bad Shape? Will You Still Buy It?

We buy houses in any condition or shape. We love to revive houses and make them into great homes for fellow neighbors. We pay for any renovations and repairs after we buy the house — so you don’t have to worry about any of that.
