Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A:  We look at the location of the property, the cost of repairs needed, the current condition of the property, and values of other houses sold in the area recently.

Q:  Are there any fees to pay if I work with you?
A: There are NO fees or commissions when you sell your house to us. In fact, we pay for repairs, updates, closing costs. We can even take care of removing items from the home that you no longer need. Just ask!

Q:  How are you different from a real estate agent?
A: Real estate agents list properties and hope that someone will buy them. They usually recommend repairs, updates and often staging. The agent shows the house to possible buyers and then take a percentage of the sales price if they find a buyer. Oftentimes, the agent’s commission is 3-6% of the sale price of your house (so if it’s a $200,000 house, you’ll pay between $6,000 – $12,000 to a real estate agent). We are different. If you choose to sell your house to us, we take care of all of the work. You don’t have to worry about repairs, updating, or staging. We pay closing costs and can close much more quickly than the usual 4-6 week delay when listing with a real estate agent.
